Transitional Kindergarten offers the full MCPS curriculum in a gentle, age appropiate way for students who just missed the MCPS cutoff.

Our Aftercare schedules are very flexible to fit each family’s needs. You can choose any 2 days, 3 days or full-time schedules. Please note the 6pm pick-up costs are in addition to the 4pm:

​*Please note: EPK space is used by the Ana E. Brito Foundation to operate an evening care program from 4-7 pm on T & W. EPK students are welcome to join that program for free but separate registration will be required. The M/Th/F evening care program is operated solely by EPK.​​

Upon submitting your application form, it will be reviewed by the Director and then you will be sent an invoice for payment.

ANNUAL FEES:

Please remember enrollment for the following year requires May 2026 tuition payment and the registration fee of $95. They are 100% non-refundable. This invoice will be sent to you after Director approval of your application and you can pay via check or online.

The activity fee as delineated below is invoiced with the first tuition invoice of the academic year in September. Children will participate in a variety of programs that are both entertaining and educational. The fee helps to offset the costs of these programs. They are only paid one time per year per student:

​$95 activity fee, one-time for preschool.
- $110 activity fee, one-time for Tk/K.

TUITION PAYMENTS:

October – April tuition is due the 1st of each month. Parents are responsible for submitting tuition by the due date. Tuition paid after the 5th of the month will be assessed a late fee of $10.
