We encourage tours and in-person visits. Please come, see us. You will love the opportunity to watch teachers and classes in action. Please call our office to schedule a tour. We are located at 9008 Rosemont Drive Gaithersburg MD 20877. Tours are best between 9-1pm M-F but we can accommodate outside requests.

You will complete the online registration and be given an estimated bill. Our director will review your submission and send you an approval email with your exact cost, ensuring that your child is in the right age level class, appropriate discounts have been applied, and your selections match our availability.

Once you have decided to join the family:

Once you have enrolled online, you will receive acknowledgement of enrollment form submission, and your registration will be sent to the director. After reviewing to ensure you have chosen the age-appropriate class, the director will send you a confirmation email.

With this confirmation email, you will be given the total amount of payment due.

Please remember enrollment for the following year requires May 2026 tuition payment and the registration fee. They are 100% non-refundable. There are no exceptions. You can pay via check or online.

September tuition and the annual activity fee are due August 1st. October – April tuition is due the 1st of each month. Parents are responsible for submitting tuition by the due date. Tuition paid after the 5th of the month will be assessed a late fee of $10.

The activity fee is one time and will be published in July to be paid in August. Children will participate in a variety of programs that are both entertaining and educational. The fee helps to offset the costs of these programs. It is calculated over the summer and is due with September tuition by August 1st.

An annual calendar is published and distributed in the Parent Handbook. Preschool classes are in session from Labor Day through Memorial Day. Transitional Kindergarten begins in late August or early September and ends at the end of May, based on the MSDE-required days of instruction.
